At the end of the agreed-upon term, services will automatically renew under the previous terms and conditions.

If I cancel early, is there a fee?

Yes. For every unpaid month remaining within a term, there is a $175 early cancellation fee. (Example: You cancel after 1 month of a 3-month term, incurring a $350 early cancellation fee.)

If I cancel, will I receive any pro-rated amounts back?

No. Like most subscription- and lease-based services, canceling means stopping at the end of the current paid-for term.

NOPE!! Backdrops can be as simple or extravagant as you want (we love seeing how creative our businesses can be)!

Step 2: Complete an easy-to-use fillable form telling us what you want the customized backdrop to look like and we will include this into the photo booth software for your event or service.

Is there a limit to how many times we can request the Green Screen feature?

Not at all! In fact, we can also set the software up to have multiple different digital backdrops be part of the same event/service, allowing users to pick which one they want to use during their photo booth experience!
